Eddy Zajontz
Chairman of the Board & Owner
Eddy is Danish but with German roots. He moved to the Costa del Sol in 1989 where he has directed several successful businesses. He is an engineer by profession and since 1972 he has been responsible for many building projects. He has been working in real estate since 1997.
Thomas With
Director & Owner
Thomas has extensive experience and expertise in sales and marketing in the property industry on the Costa del Sol. He left his home in Denmark to move to Southern Spain in 1991 and began his career in real estate, which he has been active in ever since. His knowledge of the market between Malaga and Sotogrande is second to none.
Mie Larsen
Managing Director
Mie is Danish and moved to the Costa del Sol in 2006. She has always worked in Real Estate and has an immense knowledge of the coast. She is passionate about finding the perfect home for her clients so that their dream of moving to Spain becomes a reality. She leaves no stone unturned in the process. Mie speaks Danish, English and Spanish.
Karen Wood
Property Advisor
Karen was born in the U.K. and moved to the Costa del Sol in 1989. She has been working in real estate since 1996, so she has a lot of experience and great knowledge of the coast. Karen specialises in working with our English-speaking clients and is very competent at understanding their needs and finding them the perfect property. Karen speaks English and some Spanish.
Suzanne van Nunen

Suzanne is Dutch and moved to the Costa del Sol in 2013. Her love and passion for languages, other countries and cultures placed her in an international environment early in her professional life, travelling extensively and working in numerous countries and cities. She believes in the motto ‘Spoil your Clients, not your Service’ and takes great satisfaction in helping people finding their own piece of paradise on the Costa del Sol, going to great lengths to do so.

Bjorn Dahlsten
Property Advisor
Bjorn is from Sweden. With a background in sales and marketing, Björn started a career in the real estate industry six years ago. Working with diverse properties, from luxurious frontline villas to charming rural houses across the Costa del Sol, he has gained expertise in navigating the local market, offering clients advice and guidance based on his experience and knowledge. Bjorn speaks English and some Spanish.

Dick Andersson has been on the Coast for a number of years. He is Swedish and speaks Swedish as well as English and a little Spanish.
Kasia Hanegard
Property Advisor
Kasia Hanegard is Polish, with experience in the real estate and mortgage market since 2006. Kasia has been working on the Costa del Sol since 2019, initially working between the two countries and eventually staying permanently in Spain. Kasia always tries to find the best real estate that meets the client’s expectations, guiding the client through the entire purchase process.

Filippo was born and raised in Denmark with an Italian family. Filippo's multicultural background is a great advantage when buying property in Spain, as Filippo's understanding of cross-cultural communication is second nature. Filippo has 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and is a qualified real estate agent (MDE). Filippo has been travelling to the Costa del Sol since 2004 and started his career on the Costa del Sol in 2019.
