The Golden Visa can be obtained in several ways:

The purchase of a property or several properties in Spain valued at or with an overall value of 500,000€ or more with own funds (please note that the associated costs and taxes are not included as part of the investment.

This is a very popular option with our clients, however there are other ways to obtain this visa:

Investing in a new business project in Spain. It would need to be a business that is considered as being of general interest to society, fulfilling one of the following requirements:

Acquire shares in a Spanish company/companies or make a deposit in a Spanish bank for no less than one million Euros.

Making an investment of no less than 2 million euros in Spanish government bonds.

* To be eligible for the Golden Visa You must be over 18, have no criminal records, not have been refused a Schengen Visa in the past, to be in Spain on a regular basis and have private health insurance with full coverage issued in Spain.

Lucrative Residency

Non-Lucrative Residency

To apply for non-lucrative residency, the following legal requirements must be met:

The residency is granted for a year and if you wish to renew it, it will be necessary to prove that you lived in Spain at least 6 months.

Please note that this type of residency must be applied for at the Spanish Consulate in the country of origin.

Please note that with a non-lucrative residency it is possible to live in Spain, but it is not possible to work here.

European Family Member Residency

To apply for a Family Member Residency, the following legal requirements must be met:

This residency is granted for 5 years.

Please note that it is necessary to apply in Spain for this type of residency.

If successful, the applicant has the same rights and obligations as a European citizen.

Under this kind of residency, it is possible to work in Spain and to enter and exit the country freely.
